Fiona’s Maggie-Noodles

Fiona’s version of Maggie Noodles – Try this out: Its fast, its delicious & its innovative enuf to pleasantly surprise people with!
 

 

PrepTime 5mins – Serves 2-3 – CookTime 15mins

 

 

Ingredients:
Maggie 2 Packets:
1 Glass Water- If you like it soupy add extra water.
1 tspn Pav Bhaji Masala
1 Bowl of mixed vegetables (Carrots, Beans, Lima Beans, Peas)
Chinese Chilli Sauce- 1/4 tspn depends on spice level
Soy Sauce- 2 tbspns
Tomato Ketchup-1 tspn
1 Chicken or Veg Bouillon
A pinch of Ajinomoto
A pinch of Gharam Masala

(For the Non Veges: If you have left over meat curry add a small cup to it according to taste and reduce the quantities of Chinese Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce, Pav Bhaji Masala, Tomato Ketchup accordingly to make it proportionate.)

Cooking Instructions:

1.  Steam Mixed veges in water in the Microwave for 5 mins
2.  Bring water to a boil and add Maggie Noodles with the Maggie tastemaker to it.  (Don’t break up the noodles)
3.  Add Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Pav Bhaji Masala, Ajinomoto, Gharam Masala, Chicken or Veg Bouillon and Meat Curry
4.  Stir well and bring to a boil.
5.  Add the Steamed veges to the noodles and keep mixing till the water dries up and the noodles become thick
