Grilled Chicken GLP (Garlic-Lemon-Pepper)

A super-easy, super-quick & super-delicious dish of tender, juicy & tangy  grilled chicken breast РHealthy & nutritious, too!




PrepTime 20mins – Serves 4-5 -CookTime 15mins



3 large chicken breasts, each cut into 3 pcs.
4 cloves of garlic – minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
salt to taste
1 beaten egg
Crushed red pepper to taste (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all the ingds in a bowl, refrigerate for 20 mins & then grill the chicken pieces until cooked evenly on all sides & ready to serve with chopped parsley, lemon wedges, grilled or plain tomato &/or onion slices & sauces of your choice.

(Marinate longer, say 1 hour or even overnight for best results)
