Boondi Raita

A rather easy recipe for a refreshing, chilled yoghurt side, brought together with crispy boondi & tangy chaat masala to excite the tastebuds.
 

 

 

PrepTime 2mins – Serves 3

 

Ingredients:
2 cups chilled yoghurt – beaten
3/4th cup boondi (fried chickpea-flour balls)
sugar to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
chopped coriander leaves to garnish (optional)


Cooking Instructions
:

Combine 1/2 cup boondi with the chaat masala, yoghurt & sugar and just before serving, throw on the remaining boondi, garnish with coriander & a sprinkle of chaat masala.

So yummy!!!
