Amit’s Turkey Kebabs

Had a pot-luck BBQ at home this past weekend & had the pleasure of meeting funnyguy Amit thru a common friend who brought him along. His contribution to the potluck were these amazing soft, delicious & juicy turkey (healthy!!) kebabs – something I’ll be making A LOT at home now! Thanks, Amit!
PrepTime 2-3hrs – Serves 5 – CookTime 20mins.





1lb Ground Turkey
1 cup fresh cliantro leaves
a handful of fresh mint leaves
Salt to taste (Skip the salt to make it a paleo recipe!)
1 tsp Garam masala
2-3 tsp olive oil
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste

Cooking Instructions
Grind all the ingedients together and mix them with the ground turkey.
Allow it to marinade for a couple of hours.
Skewer them & broil on the top shelf of the oven for 10 mins to harden the outsides.
Then bake in the centre of the oven or BBQ them covered for 10 mins or until done.
Tip: If the mixture is too wet to skewer w/o breaking, mix in some bread crumbs to make it dry.
